Conventional models tube bender

• Bending speed can be adjusted freely from 1.5 seconds every 300 m/m to 5 seconds/300 m/m.
• Bending diameter can be adjusted freely from  Ø 250 m/m to Ø 2,000 m/m. As to the special requirements (smaller then Ø 250 m/m or bigger then Ø 2,000 m/m), we can design the special-purpose machine for customer only.
• Roundness tolerance is ± 1.0 m/m between the first circle & the last circle of finished products.
• Flatness tolerance is ± 1.0 m/m too.
• The machine is equipped with a micro-adjustment device for adjusting the diameter.
• The machine is suitable for various metal pipes with different material & shapes.
